National Lease Negotiations

CenturyPacific negotiates and manages 800,000 sf of office space for a major international law firm, with offices throughout the United States and China. Other leasing assignments include a national luggage manufacturer/distributor and an international LCD projection equipment manufacturer. The leasing assignments include office, warehouse and ground lease assignments.

Newspaper Publishing Company

CenturyPacific assisted a local publishing tenant in selecting circulation and plant facilities in a number of Puget Sound locations. These assignments have involved lease negotiations for various amounts of space ranging from 7,500 sf to 40,000 sf. Acting as the Landlord’s agent, our firm also manages the leasing of a 300,000 sf facility owned by the client.

Office Leasing

Assignments include:
  • 20,000-100,000 sf of leases for an international petroleum company

Ground Leasing

CenturyPacific represents several clients in significant ground lease transactions across Puget Sound including Seattle’s Pioneer Square and Bellevue’s downtown core. We value and negotiate dozens of ground leases, which allow the client to simultaneously retain fee interest in the property and benefit from the income generated by the ground lease.
