CenturyPacific has consummated ground leases and property sales of over 12 acres of key parcels of land in downtown Bellevue. Subsequent developments on these parcels include Avalon Bay, Bellevue Square and Lincoln Plaza.
CenturyPacific led the entitlement and SEPA process and developed a competitive, market-driven process to successfully divest of this 118 lot waterfront community on a 20-acre brownfield site along the eastern shore of Lake Washington.
CenturyPacific led the property development effort to redevelop a former AMOCO oil refinery in Casper, Wyoming into a championship golf course, business/industrial park and nature area. The project was awarded EPAs Brownfield Project of the year in 2005.
CenturyPacific serves as real estate advisor to the Pacific Hospital Preservation & Development Authority (PHPDA) – owner of the historic and iconic art deco campus on Seattle’s Beacon Hill. Since 2012, we have provided asset management advisory and brokerage services to the PHPDA, including over 200,000 SF of leasing and securing a 3-acre redevelopment site.
As Fisher Communications’ asset manager and real estate advisor, CenturyPacific brokered agreements with a cumulative value in excess of $30,000,000, sold seven properties totaling over $164,000,000, and negotiated a +120,000 RSF sale/leaseback of Fisher’s corporate headquarters in Seattle, WA.
CenturyPacific serves as the commercial real estate advisor to the Idaho Board of Land Commissioners, providing advisory on dozens of publicly-owned commercial properties. Since 2016, we’ve had the pleasure of working directly with the Idaho Department of Lands and a skilled, multi-disciplinary team to strategically divest of over 20 commercial properties.
CenturyPacific is real estate advisor to Old Stove Brewing Co. In 2015 we secured the location of the first Old Stove brewing tap room in the Pike Place Market. Building on the success of the 1st Ave taproom, CenturyPacific represented Old Stove in its expansion and relocation to the Pike Place Market’s MarketFront building – an award winning signature brewery and taproom.
