Steven L. Wood

Steven L. Wood is a principal and founder of CenturyPacific. An active member of the Puget Sound real estate community since the early-1980s, Mr. Wood has nearly four decades of experience in evaluating, negotiating, and structuring complex real estate projects, ventures and transactions. He has structured and negotiated over 3 billion dollars in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leases, land developments and other investment services in his many years of practice.

Prior to founding CenturyPacific, Mr. Wood served seven years as a Marine Corps and Federal Prosecutor, and ten years with Burlington Northern Railroad as a Tax Lawyer and later as the Senior Executive of its real estate subsidiary. Mr. Wood has served on a number of nonprofit boards including The Bush School and the Seattle Parks Foundation.
