Michael A. Odegard

Michael A. Odegard joined the CenturyPacific team in 2022.  Mr. Odegard brings seven years of unique commercial real estate experience in asset management, brokerage, property management, and direct investment. From managing Class A assets in the greater Seattle area on behalf of institutional firms to leading underwriting efforts and executing multifamily acquisition opportunities on behalf of individual investors, Mr. Odegard has earned a reputation as a diligent and dedicated advisor with indubitable client focus and attention to detail. Mr. Odegard has considerable experience in construction management, leading projects across various product types.

Prior to joining CenturyPacific, Mr. Odegard was a real estate manager with CBRE as well as a principal of his own multifamily investment venture. Mr. Odegard earned a bachelor’s degree in History and Business Management from the University of Idaho. Mr. Odegard maintains a passion for continuing education and completed real estate courses administered by Cornell University, Institute of Real Estate Management, and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is a current CCIM candidate.
